  • Q: Do you offer a warranty on your reconditioned PCBs and fans?
    A: Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty on all our reconditioned parts.
  • Q: How can I tell if my PCB is causing the issue?
    A: If your boiler is showing error codes or behaving strangely, it could be a sign of a faulty PCB. We can help diagnose the problem for you. We offer a boiler PCB testing service.
  • Q: What is your refund policy?
    A: All products sold on our website come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. To claim a refund, return the item to our address at: Midlands Heating Spares Ltd, Unit 1 St Paul's Rd, Balsall Heath, B12 8NG, Phone: ​0121 449 0290. Please include your name and contact details. Upon receipt of the product, we'll send it to the manufacturer for testing, which takes approximately 3 weeks. Once checked, we'll provide a decision on the refund. Note: Used parts that are not faulty cannot be returned.
